Deleted unsused active reference keeps coming back.

I have waited at least a week and it still happening. The references are no longer being used. I have tried browser fixes and other optimization. This is happening on all sheets. I have confirmed that other users are also experiencing this.
I will be reaching out to Customer Support but I would would like to know if others are experiencing this as well and if some one has found a way to fix this.
Please fix my sheet.
