Does anyone have a solution for tracking occupational health information?
I'm looking for a solution to use forms for collecting employees' vaccinations and other occupational health requirements for employment. Different from the current templates that help track pandemic items. We need to be able to send a form during employee onboarding to request that the candidate submits their vaccination history.

Create a Form
Set Up a Sheet
Connect Form to Sheet
Customize Views
Set Up Alerts and Notifications
Ensure Compliance and Security and more based on your needs.
