Customize Text for Body of Update Request when sending 7+ lines

We've created an update request that needs instructions in the body of the email sent. It seems you cannot send that text if the receiver is getting 7 or more lines/updates to make. Is this really a limitation?

Does anyone know of a workaround? Otherwise all that is sent is 'Please update my online sheet' which obviously isn't enough direction.

Update - I used the Primary column to add 'Instructions' for when more than 7 updates are sent.

It would be nice if we could have the option to send individual update request emails or a batch/one link to all. In some instances the request is going to be 4 emails and in other it will be 1 email of 8 requests. Seems silly to do both in the automation and not one or the other.
