Smartsheet to Jira Connector - Requestor Field

Hi, All

We use smartsheet forms to capture requests from stakeholders. In that Smartsheet form, we capture the requestors email address via a field named "Requestor email address" with a contact-list type.

When we use the Smartsheet to Jira connector and try to map from this Smartsheet "Requestor email address" field to the "Reporter" field in Jira. It does not work. In stead it just populates the "Reporter" field with the owner of the Smartsheet connector.

Has anyone been able to get this to an email from Smartsheet to successfully populate the Reporter field in Jira? All other fields works, the connector just does not work with Reporter or Assignee.

Here is my configuration. Note: we don't care about keeping the fields in Smartsheet updated. We just want it to be able to populate Jira tickets.
