Best practice to manage dynamic views without Content Centre?

Hi,

My agency doesn't have access to Content Centre. What is the next best practice to 'retire' rather than delete a set of Dynamic Views, please?

I'm finding that the list is becoming unwieldy but don't want to delete the DVs until I know they won't be required again.

    Hi @22Wordsmith

Faced with a similar issue you have a couple of options,

If you have access to another email address you can create a new user account and make them the owner and remove all other sharing permissions so they effectively vanish.

We do this using a generic email address we have within our business, those aged DVs still exist and if you require them you can then login under that user account and re share them to bring them back to life and take ownership again if required.

Alternatively you can push them to the bottom of the list by renaming and adding a Z in front of the DV name i.e.

Dynamic View 1 would be Z-Dynamic View 1 not ideal but a quick win in the short term.

    Hope that helps

    Thanks
