Why does Gantt change to quarters instead of months when printing PDF?
Hi, I have my projects settings to show months, not quarters. I am admin and owner. I am currently in a free trial of a business account. My gantt chart shows years and then months, except when I print to PDF. It automatically changes to quarters, I can't figure out why it would do this.

Hey @mfinger_fba
Can you post the settings that you're using in Smartsheet and in the PDF print settings?
I tested on my own test project sheet and the PDF exported with Year then Month which replicates my sheet settings:
Thanks!
Genevieve

Hey @mfinger_fba
Apologies! I'm unable to replicate what you're seeing, all of my exports show the correct headings. At this point I have to wonder if it's related to being on Trial, since Trial does not provide the full Smartsheet experience.
Do you know other Smartsheet users that have a full license? Can you perhaps share the sheet with them to see if their export keeps the same headers?
Please also do reach out to Smartsheet Support with the sheet URL and the screen captures you shared above.
Thanks,
Genevieve

@Genevieve P. Thanks for your help. It's actually weird because on my other spreadsheets I don't seem to have this issue, only this one. I intend on upgrading to a regular license once my Trial is expired. If this issue continues at that point, I will reach back out to support. Thanks!
