Ability to format help text in Dynamic view, including text colors, formatting, links adding headers/dividers/sections.

This would be a great feature! If the formatting options of help text in Dynamic View could mimic what's available in forms, that would work wonderfully. My team uses Dynamic View to gather regular updates and provide feedback on items and having the ability to provide links to help documents and to bullet point directions would greatly improve the user experience.
