Reference a column in another sheet through a drop-down

 Create a multi-select or single select column and reference a column in another sheet so that when you update the second sheet, the new items appear in that dropdown.

For example one sheet is a Teams list with names of who is in that Team

In the second sheet I want to tag a team to a row, when I update the Team in the Teams list - it will then automatically update the second sheet with the updated team.
