50 page limit in WorkApps?

Hi everyone,

I have a WorkApp with significantly more than 50 pages set up across a dozen roles. I'm trying to swap a couple of the pages to something new, but it tells me I'm at a 50-page limit. Obviously I didn't see this issue when adding the 70 pages or so in the first place...

Is this a new restriction? Is there any info about it? A quick search of articles didn't turn anything up.

BTW, this has nothing to do with a Blueprint, for which I see there is a 50-pg limit for WorkApps

@Josh W Did you ever get answer on this issue or come to a resolution? I am having the exact same issue. One of my WorkApps has far more than 50 pages (6 sheets, 23 reports, 30 dynamic views, 8 forms and 1 dashboard). Just like you, it let me add this many items, but now that I am trying to add more it tells me I'm at the 50-page limit. I also tried to remove a couple of reports by adding them to a dashboard (one dashboard replaced 4 individual reports), but the result was the same.

Yes, there is a limit of 50 pages / assets in a Workapp. The Help Center identifies this on the Portfolio Workapp documentation as you've found, but thank you for your feedback that this limit was hard to identify! I believe when Workapps was first launched it was a guideline/suggestion to keep pages below 50; this number has now been enforced to optimize performance. Here's an example from December 2022.
