Conditional Formatting Behaving Unexpectedly
Hi,
I have not been able to figure out what to change to get the conditional formatting in the sheet, per the second rule, to dynamically change as time passes and/or the status changes. The red font is not changing back to black when the End Date becomes in the past, and/or the status column is changed to Complete. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @Land606,
Though they appear black, do the values in the 1st & 3rd rules have the font colour set to automatic (probably by default)? If so, the font won't change colour. If you actually pick the black colour then they should change.
