Why have all overloading icons disappeared in Legacy Resource Management

All of our project plans use Legacy Resource Management, but today all of the red icons that indicate when someone is overallocated have disappeared across our plans.

Is anyone else having this issue?

same for us. i tried overbooking someone on a specific project sheet and that worked, but the red icon didn't show all other projects the resource was scheduled on when i looked at the project resource view the way it would typically show when looking at overall utilization in the resource views. issue is still showing today. let me know if it gets resolved for you. looking at the smartsheet status page it reports as project utilization as operational =/

@ebudry That is exactly our problem too. It shows overloading within one plan, but not across plans.

I have raised a ticket about this with Smartsheet yesterday, but no one has picked it up yet.

i submitted a ticket this morning as well. as it turns out we have a call w one of their engineers scheduled this afternoon for them to give us a demo on their new resourcing. if our issue isn't resolved by then (unfortunately it's at 4pm est), perhaps i can ask them to look into it and expedite the request. will let you knw!!
