As an administrator of multiple solutions, it's difficult to trace the sheet and report dependencies when being asked to share an individual report or sheet. Typically, permissions are set at a workspace level anyway, to alleviate this issue. The workspace location information is included in the alert, so, if possible, the access request alert should have both a "Share Sheet" button as well as a "Share Workspace" button.
