Ability to link from an END date

Note that my item will not be resolved with creating a report with my project plans since I want to use the new Timeline view and the Timeline view is not available in reports and I also don't think that will solve my issue anyway. I am not the only one who would like to be able to link not only a start date but an end date into a new sheet. Linking the start date and duration does not work in my scenario. We should be able to link from any cell from one sheet to any cell in another sheet.

What I would like to do on a program review sheet (not report) is to show timelines for two specific groups: Apple Pickers and Orange Pickers. The Apple Picker work can start under a separate group (Apple Pruner) so creating headers also does not work. Since the Apple Pickers work starts in another group and ends in their own group I need to be able to link both the start and end dates.

Please allow us to link to any cells from one sheet to another!
