Equivalent to Asana Collaborator Notifications?

Hi all - we're in the process of trying to move from Asana to Smartsheet.

In Asana, you can set "collaborators" on tasks and they will get notified of changes, even if they are not directly tagged in as the person its assigned to, or @'d in a comment.

Is there any way we can replicate that in Smartsheet? I would love to be able to add our "collaborators" as people in a Summary field on a sheet and then someone setup notification for them based on that?

(please note I am using "collaborator" as the Asana terminology - but these people would be a mix of Smartsheet licensed users and unlicensed user in our account)

Yes, you could either add them in a section in the sheet and then reference them on each row, add them to the automation directly, or add them to a separate sheet and have the other sheets reference it.
