Display this confirmation message after submiting a form scrolls off the screen

Hello,

A co-worker showed me this the other day and I thought it was a fluke until it happened to me on a completely different form submission.

After the form is submitted, the "Display this confirmation message" is the selected option and there is a message to display. However, after I click and submt the form I am taken to a "blank white screen" If I scroll up I see the message.

It's bizarre. Any thoughts why this would happen and on 2 seperate forms created by 2 different people.
