How to assign a Free Trail User using corporate email into the Enterprise Smartsheet License

We have an Enterprise License for Smartsheet.

Some users have created a free trial for Smartsheet with their company email.

I would like to bring in these free trial users and assign them one of the Enterprise Licenses with the company email they used to create the free trial access.

Are there any specific steps I need to follow?

You add them as users in the account and assign them a license or ask the user to request a license from their side.
