How do I access the eLearning Path via the Standard Support Add-on?
I am on the business plan and did the standard support add-on. I was told the eLearning Path for the Core App Badge is included with standard support upgrade, but when I go to the Smartsheet university and look it up, it still shows the $199 cost. How do I access the included Core App Badge course? Thanks!

Yes, the Core App self-paced eLearning is included with the Standard Support package 🙂
If you recently purchased or upgraded to this level, you may need to wait 24 hours and/or sign out and sign back in again for the system to recognize the updates.
I would also suggest accessing it by navigating through the University, versus other paths. So:
- https://smartu.smartsheet.com/
- Sign in
- Scroll down - filter by Learning Style = "Self-Paced"
- Click "Self-Paced Core App Learning Path"

Hi Genevieve!
I followed the steps you listed and it still doesn't show up. I have already completed the 15min course "Welcome to the Core App Path" and when I click the "Next Course" link it gives me this error even though I am signed up. I have signed out and tried resigning in but continue to get the same error.
You must be signed in to access Smartsheet University content.
Please advise.

Thank you for letting me know you're still seeing an error! I'll forward this Community thread to our Training team so they can take a look at what may be happening with your account - it sounds like there may be a permission update that still needs to happen since you've upgraded.

I still am not able to access the Core App Learning Path. I heard back from Cameron and followed his instructions but that didn't work either. I have reach back out to Cameron but have not heard back. Can we please get this taken care of ASAP?
