How to set default Gannt view Timescale Settings Primary Heading to "Weeks" for all sheet users? Not all users on our project team have a Smartsheet license; they are not able to see the Gannt view with the "Weeks" Timescale Settings Primary Heading. is there a way to default to this for all users of this sheet?

There is no way to directly set a default timescale setting for the Gantt view in Smartsheet that applies to all sheet users. This includes users without a Smartsheet license, who wouldn't be able to access the Gantt view altogether.

·      Each user can adjust their own Gantt view timescale settings within the sheet and this is all about individual settings

·      When you share a sheet, new users will see the default Gantt view settings (typically "Weeks" as Primary Heading and "Dates" as Secondary Heading), this is the workflow when sheet has been shared

For users without Smartsheet licenses, they are unable able to access the Gantt view regardless of the timescale settings.

You might need to rely on other possible methods for them to stay informed on the project.
