New and improved trial user login emails, now generally available

Hi Community, 

We redesigned the Smartsheet email template that trial users receive when they sign up for Smartsheet with their work email. Now, during the trial signup process, users will receive a new and improved login email template where they will be prompted to confirm their work email address to secure their account. This is a part of our ongoing efforts to improve the look and feel of the user onboarding experience. 

These updated emails are available to any new user invited to join any plan in the Commercial US or EU instances of Smartsheet.

You can also stay informed by subscribing to receive product release updates for curated news of recently released product capabilities and enhancements for the platform of your choosing, delivered to your inbox. As new releases occur, you will receive a weekly email with news of what's released every Tuesday.

Is there a way to disallow users the ability to sign up for a trial?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
