Sharing a sheet- view access internally only

Im seeing in different places online that its still not possible to share a sheet with the broader org as view only? Similar to what GSuite and Box would allow. Wanting to embed links to smartsheet in an update but only find that there is one option that allows public access. Im guessing this is basic now but just not finding the right place to make visible internally to org once they click through link.

Would publishing the sheet work for you? There is a publishing option so that the link is only usable by people in the organization, they would need to log in to access it. It doesn't have to be completely public. Publish a sheet, report, or dashboard | Smartsheet Learning Center

I tried that option but it shows 'anyone can view' and not org access, i tried it with my personal email and it was accessible.

Try publishing with Read Only-Full option. This option provides you the cability to limit access to internal users.
