Unable to integrate Jira
It's been a frustrating day with Smartsheet. I upgraded to a Business account, but on the Jira connector page, https://connectors.smartsheet.com/c/jira, after I sign in I get the following messages:
Unexpected error occurred. argument "content" is null
You are not licensed to use this product. Please contact Smartsheet support for more details.
The support ticket page doesn't work either, after I have filled in all the fields, the submit button does nothing.

Connectors (such as the Jira Connector) are an additional purchase on top of the general Business Plan with Smartsheet. https://www.smartsheet.com/pricing
Here's more information about the Jira Connector that may be helpful, with a Contact form:
In regards to the Support page, can you clarify how you're submitting the ticket? Is this error from the Support Portal or the Website Form?
