The automated workflow to enter the PO number when a status is reached does not work well
I have created an automated workflow to ask requestors of spends to enter the PO number when the spend request status changes to approve. When I run the automation, not all the requestors with the conditions I specified are receiving the notification with the link to the form to enter the PO number. Hi Andree,
When I run the automation, it is supposed to send 18 email notifications based on the criteria that I specified in the automation workflow. It only sends 12 notifications. I have 18 records that were submitted on or beyond 03/01/2024 with Approved by L1 CoS with no information in the PO field, and I only received 12 notifications.
