Can Smartsheet Forms handle more than 100 questions?

Has anyone here made a form that had more than 100 questions, many of them with logic? I know there are limits to logic conditions and before I do a lot of work to build a form I want to make sure Smartsheet is strong enough to handle it. My other option is jotform.

Yeah so the limiting factor is number of columns in a sheet, 400.

Have you used a form with 100 questions or more? I saw that it allows 400 columns, I would just really like to hear from someone who has actually done it, to make sure it's not going to be really slow or problematic in other ways I haven't thought of. Thank you!
