Drag and drop an attachment is not work and their isn't an option to upload from my computer...

So, my drag and drop is not working. I grab the file, drag it over, looks like everything is fine, but when I drop it, it just disappears. No attachment, no message, no nothing... We don't have/want a Brandfolder account so the only way I can add an attachment is by using a link?

Anyone else having this problem?

Is the file that you are trying to attach open? If so, it can't upload and the error handling is not great (I do think this has recently changed though - today I am seeing error messages for the first time, whereas in the past the file vanished as you described).

When you click on Attach, do you not have an "Upload a file" option?

File isn't open and I do not get an error message. Nor can I see Upload a file or OneDrive

Hmmm. Are you on an enterprise license? I believe Sys Admins can disable attachment options.
