Error Incomplete or Invalid when Submitting Form
We have several users getting this error when trying to submit a form even though everything is filled out correctly. It seems to happen when using AutoFill to populate fields on the form. Has anyone else experienced this?

Do you have any field logic built in? Does it highlight whichever field(s) the issue is present in? Is there any kind of validation on the field(s) in question?

There is field logic built in. No fields are highlighted and only validation is on email address fields. However, everything appears correct so the error doesn't make sense. We've been telling users to clear their cache and not to use autofill and that seems to solve the issue for most.

Are any fields that are hidden "required"?

Fields that may only be visible based on prior selection are required however they are not hidden using the fields settings. Hope that makes sense.

It may be that something is happening on the back-end that is triggering those required fields as if they are starting to be typed in but then being left blank. Auto-fill could very well be doing this. You said that instructing your users to not use auto-fill worked, but that seems a bit of an annoyance. You may want to reach out to Smartsheet Support. Even if they can't do anything about it right away, maybe they can get it on their roadmap.
