Docusign Formatting - Box/Border around imported text fields
I'm pulling info from Smartsheet into my Docusign PDF template and can't get rid of the box that Docusign puts around text. I'm trying to pull Smartsheet info into a table in the PDF so I'm ending up with a box within a box. Is there any way to get rid of the box/border Docusign wants to put around text fields?

The templates that I have created also have borders around them, until the first signature is added, once the document has been signed the DocuSign borders no longer appear.
If you are still getting the borders after the document has been completed is there something in your docusign settings? (on the right hand side where you can change the text font etc)
