Tracking reachouts

My sales team is currently having issues to track our total number of reachouts. We track each reachout by updating a date column when the reachout is completed. A filter is then used to track the reachouts in the last 30 days.

However, I recently noticed that if the same row is contacted more than once in the last 30 days it wont add the accurate number of reach outs. Does anybody have a solution for this?

Hi Joa,

I hope you're well and safe!

You can use something like below.

Copy the row to a helper sheet each time and then collect the number of times to the main sheet. Another option could be to have a workflow update a counter column with how many times it changed.
