Bounceback / incorrect email address validation
Options
We use Smartsheet as a contract management tool and have alerts setup to send a notice to requesters / stakeholders when contracts are close to expiration. Unless we go through and manually update / check all of the line items, there's no way for us to know if the alert has been received or if it's bounced back / the person left the company unless we manually check or don't hear back.
Smartsheet being able to validate emails or share when alerts bounce back would solve for this manual part of the process.
