Can I auto add new users to a specific Workspace and access to the underlying sheets
There are a number of posts about this but they're several years old and answering my specific question

Adding any users always requires a manual process however the easiest way we find to manage the sharing process is via a group. If you created a group that covers a specific workspace you can simply add and remove users without needing to make user level amends. likewise if you need to expand the sharing you only need include the group against the new resource and not every single member user.

Thanks Paul. I'm aware of group sharing but was To clarify….I add the group to the Workspace and then also add the group to every sheet in the Workspace. Correct?
