Alert Someone Automation Workflow

Hi,

I have column in a sheet named "Interests" with a dropdown with multi-select. So based on this dropdown, I'm looking to creating a workflow, to send automated email alerts (based on dropdown selection), however I am not able to select the dropdown values within the automation as shown below in the screenshot. I wanted to specify one of the dropdowns options, and set a Alert someone workflow. I was not able to understand the reason behind this. Is it because it is a multiselect dropdown? Can someone please help me? Thanks!

When using a multi-select dropdown, you can only set an automation trigger to be when the field changes to any value. You can select as many values as you need though within a condition block.
