Troubleshooting custom URL queries to populate forms

I am trying to create a URL query to pre-fill part of a form.

Here is the base form draft:

https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/6eb502113cf143a0b31bac712ac81336

Here is the customization attempt (only one query for now) which does not seem to work:

https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/6eb502113cf143a0b31bac712ac81336?FirstName=Betsy

Here is a screenshot showing that the field name matches the one in the query "FirstName"

Why isn't the first name field populating"

I am accessing it from a browser that is not signed into smartsheet as I understand this clears the query. The query still appears on the form in the custom version, but it does not populate to the form.

Hi @Milforde

If your form has label name then use the label "First Name" in stead of the field name "FirstName".

Try this url below. I added %20 (space charater) between the label name words

https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/6eb502113cf143a0b31bac712ac81336?First%20Name=Betsy
