Terminal Resource Allocation

I work for a major international airport and I am trying to set up our ticket counter allocation schedule. I need a 24-hour vertical timeline where the y-axis is hours of the day and the x-axis is swim lanes where each lane is a ticket counter podium. I'd like to be able to enter: "Airline name, podium numbers (can be 2-8 podium positions), begin and end times. And have it plotted on the chart.

This rudimentary spreadsheet is what I'm looking to create in a more professional, easy-to-use format

I am going to encourage you to do your future self a favor and reframe how you are thinking of this.

You should think of this view as a report, and figure out how to manage your data following data normalization rules. With the view of your data that you are showing, I think your columns should be:

Zone; RMS; Position; Start Time; End Time

And your data in those columns will be like:

    1; 101; 001; 01:30; 07:30

    1; 102; 002; 01:30; 07:30
