Form Submission Error Message

Sometimes users of my form get an error message that reads "this form cannot be submitted… contact sheet owner if this keeps happening." Could it be the time it takes to complete the form? If someone is taking too long, does the info time out?

@enorton Regretfully the form times out but i can't recall if the user gets that message or a different error. If you happen to have WorkApps then the user can work on the form offline, otherwise there's no other solution to a web browser issue that I'm aware of
