Best Practices for Managing Business Plan Sharing
Hello, Community.
I have been trying to research this thoroughly, but there is still a little vagueness for me surrounding the controlling of sharing at the Business plan level. My concern is over the controls of those who should no longer have access to account materials (sheets, etc.) and removing their access when a user leaves the organization. Rather straight forward when the user has an account, but what about sharing that has been done to email addresses (non-account users)?
Outside of training workspace admins that users must have an account before sharing and only providing editing users with non-share access, what are best practices for security controls at the Business plan level? Or is it essentially more difficult to manage until you are at the Enterprise level?
Hope this makes sense. Any insight or tips is helpful.
Thank you,
W

I hope that helps!
