Hi Smarsheet Community,

We need your help PLEASE! We have a master sheet and created a form to send to each line within the master sheet, asking them to answer additional questions. Is it possible to show some of the data in certain columns as a summary or reference for the individual updating the additional information?

Short answer No. A form is a one way window to a sheet - it will not allow users to see gathered data. But. Two parts to your question. "Is it possible to show some of the data in certain columns" Yes, by using conditional logic. https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2481701-use-conditional-logic-to-streamline-form-submissions

"As a summary or reference for the individual updating the additional information" If the form was accessed as a link on a Dashboard & that Dashboard had a chart of the sheets data? then Yes. As users submitted the form data from the sheet would be reflected by a chart on the dashboard. https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2482274-create-a-chart-for-a-dashboard
