Smartsheet form won't submit, get red message that there was an error submitting form.

Have tried submitting through incognito window, refreshed page and submitted, restarted computer than tried submitting, tried submitting through a different network all to no avail. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Tried the same on our form in and out of our cloud network, browsers and incognito and no issues. Any fields mandatory that are not being completed? - Worse case, scrap this form and build a new one.

I am having the same issue. Was this ever resolved? My users are getting frustrated.

We began to encounter this error just this week from our team when they submitted the form. Nothing changed on the form prior to the error occurring. The form data was still being sent to the SS row w/o any issue. Just that the submitter would receive the error after sending the report. I found out our team was using a link to the form, not opening the form from the SS. What we found is by sending an updated form link to our team, once they used it the error stopped occurring. So, if your situation is similar to ours, then try sending a new form link

Try seeing if it's related to your attachment. We are having the issue with some of our file attachments not only in Smartsheet forms but also Power Apps. Maybe a security policy?
