You could send a row to a specific person so they can see it in their email, without sharing them to the sheet. See: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/504773-sending-sheets-rows-via-email

If your account has access to it, the premium add-on Dynamic View will surface only the rows that a user is assigned to when they look at your data, without showing the other rows. Here's more information: https://help.smartsheet.com/learning-track/integrations-and-add-ons/dynamic-view

Hi @ Genevieve, thanks.

I don't have Dynamic view. If I email the raw i need to adjust what columns to include in my email, and send individual 100+ email.

I am thinking to create a report and publish it in a dashboard, 120x, and make this process as "automated" as possible. It would be nice if each raw had a url.

@Andree, so I have this sheet with all the SOPs and all the employees, and i would like to individually share the training status to each employee (under employee name I have all the employes listed) and to the right are all the sops.

Do you have access to WorkApps instead? It could be used to mimic Dynamic View for your use case.
