    Isn't it a challenge, when working with groups, to add people to a group when they send an access request?

    You would think you could either grant access directly or have add them to a group with a drop down

    But there is no feature like that, right?

    You have to log into SmartSheet, navigate to Groups, find the group they belong to, and then add them manually - right?

    You're correct! The access request will come from an individual, so if you want them to be a part of a Group or shared to an item as a Group, you'll need to go to where you manage Groups to add them there.
