i am trying to send some updates on smartsheet to users that i have as my contacts, but they are getting the notifications about 30 minutes to 45 later. is there anything i could do to fix this?

If you're seeing a delay, you may need to check with your IT team to see if the automated emails from Smartsheet are being delayed somehow by your company's email server before they go into your colleague's inboxes.
You may also want to have your IT team contact our Support team to troubleshoot further.
