Yes please - for example on an issue log where we have added a column with an auto-generated unique identifier - it would be much more helpful to have this ID field come through on the notification email as the line reference number generally means nothing.
I agree with the others. The ID field would be preferable on the notification email. This would allow the user to be able to locate the correct item without having to look for the row. Echoing the others, the primary column isn't helpful information for comments on the sheets I use. The row number is constantly changing as new requests come in, so that isn't helpful either. I would love to see the user-created Row ID entry for the column being commented on. That is the one being tracked.
Although we are extremely proficient when it comes to reducing load on our smartsheets (we use pivot, data mesh and data shuttle extensively), we still find ourselves hitting capacity limits (mostly because of the number of columns in conjunction with some pretty complex formulas). It would be extremely beneficial to have the ability to manually assign colors to individual projects within the Timeline View. Currently, project colors are automatically determined by the Dashboard Theme, which limits flexibility and makes it challenging to visually differentiate projects in a meaningful way. Allowing…
