My Report is not showing all the rows

I have a report the pulls data into my dashboard from another sheet but it is not displaying on the report rows making my dashboard not accurate. I have all the access needed. I have updated the metric sheet to reflect correctly. I have removed and reuploaded both the report and the dashboard and no luck.
