Pulling multi Sheets together as 1 view

We have multi templates we pull into 1 project depending on requirements. How do I show all these as 1 project sheet with the dependencies still intact. I have tried report but loss the dependencies visually and ability to control the order. The goal is for our client to only see 1 project sheet and items to be reviewed, while the teams are working on their parts of the projects and internal tasks outlined on the masters.

I would suggest using a master in the template and then using reports to parse out as needed for your teams.
