Ability to run triggers on dates populated by the cell information more than once

Hi,

When doing triggers for automation and when using the when this date is reached, if you want to have the trigger repeat every couple days you would need to set the date in manually instead of having it fill by a column date. It would be nice to have it be able have the trigger every couple of days ability for a date field for automation.
