Sending reports as attachments.
Is the end date necessary when automating weekly reports?
I set this automated report up on 5/24/24 to execute on said time, to be done every week with no end date. No one received the email and attachment. Curious if I have a holiday issue set up in my datasheets that's interfering or I have done something wrong. Not only didn't it not run over the weekend the "next send date" is never.

The Start date must be the current date (05/30/20224) or in the future to make the schedule work

The start date was 3 days in the future from when the automation was created.

you've probably checked, but is the Automation 'Activated".
I fell victim to this a couple of times.

This is not a work flow item, instead of creating a sheet, I am using the report option. I am pulling a report from my source data that is to be sent with updates on a weekly basses. The only way I know how to complete this task is to "send as attachment". As I walk through setting this up, there seems to be a error I have made. I can send it once, but setting up the schedule doesn't seem to be working for future dates.
I have attached pics of the steps involved. I want to send the report every week with no end. Curious if someone has done this and what I am doing wrong.

Checking your schedule setting I see no problem, except for adding email to the "To" box.

Can the "ends" date be left open, like I've seen other software's be?

Any advice on how to resolve this issue then, what steps to take next? I have tried multiple ways with no success.

I have tested at my end to Send as Attachment one of my sheet as screenshots below. The schedule works well, I did receive an email with included attachment. Ensure that you see a schedule in the "Sent to" area.

I believe the issue is our firewall, some people are receiving emails from user@app.smartshet.com. I will have to communicate this with the team about the allowance for this sender. Thank you for running a test.
