Personalised view on sheet

I think it would be good if we could have customisable (to an extent) on sheets or an option that people are allowed to do so if granted access on a sheet.

Some people wanted "highlighted changes" or "frozen columns" on and other do not. Is there a way to add it to your filter maybe so people can opt in to those being on?
