Adding an Attachment to emails sent via Automation

I have a form that includes the option to add an attachment. We have automation set up to email the submission, however whenever there is an attachment uploaded in the form, the email only shows the link to the attachment, is there a way to set up the automation to send the actual attached file and not a link?
