That is a great idea. I've run into the same problem. Until this is potentially addressed by Smartsheet, I implemented an alternative. I have created a "Quick Links" sheet that sits at the top of my Workspace file directory. On that sheet I include links to all of the most important or frequently accessed sheets, reports, dashboards, forms and even offsite folders in SharePoint. With only one click extra (compared to the form being directly accessed in the Workspace), I can quickly get to the asset that I'm looking for.
