Accessing a Form from the Workspace directory
Our team utilises a Form to enter Defects (Snags) as the construction project comes to a close.
The form resides in the Defect Register. When a user is in the field, they must access the project Workspace via the Smartsheet App, navigate a few folders to the Defect Register, open, select the 3 vertical dots, go to Forms, and select the Defect Entry Form and then start entering data.....quite a few steps.
Am I right in assuming, we can't have the Form listed in the Workspace for direct access? I don't want to create Dashboards with URLS's etc. Why is a Form treated differently to a Sheet, Report and Dashboard? Having direct access to the Form would cut out many additional steps.

I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, it's not possible now to have it as its own object, but it's an excellent idea!
Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
- In the mobile app, you can save a form as a favorite
- Premium App, WorkApps
Would any of those options work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
