How can I automate a Dropdown list, so every value added to the column becomes an option?

I'm new to Smartsheet and I'm struggling to find out how I can make every value added to my column to become automatically a option in the form dropdown list.

Anyone knows how I can do that?

A solution that would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Data Shuttle.
