Hierarchical Workspace

To effectively manage a company portfolio, it would be beneficial to have a hierarchical workspace structure. In this structure, different facilities would serve as the master workspaces, with departments nested under them. Each department would have its own workspace with full sharing capabilities. Unlike folders, this setup allows the department owner to edit their own workspace while only having view access to other departments' workspaces within the same facility.

Collections within workspaces now allows you to share parts of any workspace (a collection of sheets, reports, dashboards, forms) as a grouped set of items! Collections enable you to share the items in a folder without sharing the entire workspace. In this way, you can have a "master" workspace then use Collections for each of your departments. This is available for Enterprise plans on the User Subscription Model.
